On the 16th, Seosan City in Chungnam held a briefing session on construction supervision duties for prospective residents at the construction site of Seokrim Central IPark apartment complex, which is being built in Seokrim-dong.

This briefing session was organized to alleviate the concerns of prospective residents regarding the construction and to ensure transparency in the construction process.

According to the city, briefing sessions on construction supervision duties for newly built apartment complexes have been a policy independently pursued by Seosan City since 2020.

Prospective residents, supervisors, builders, and relevant city officials attended the session, where the head of the supervision team explained the progress of the construction and future plans.

After the explanation, prospective residents and stakeholders toured the construction site to check the status of management in areas such as construction, quality, and safety.

Shin Chulho, head of the Housing Division, said, "We have provided an opportunity to alleviate the concerns of prospective residents through on-site inspections," and added, "We will continue to do our best to minimize disputes over defects through proactive housing administration."
