The two children, appearing to be siblings, were sitting on the outdoor unit without any protective gear. In particular, the girl was seen bursting into tears with a frightened expression. A neighbor in the apartment discovered this and immediately reported it to the police, and the children were safely rescued by the fire department.
Investigations revealed that the person who placed the children on the outdoor unit was none other than their biological mother. It is known that she did this to anger her husband during an argument.
