Dongducheon Girls' Middle School Holds the 1st Cantabile Orchestra Regular Concert

Dongducheon Girls' Middle School is holding the 1st Cantabile Orchestra Regular Concert on the 15th at the Dongducheon City Citizens' Hall.

Gyeonggi Dongducheon Girls' Middle School announced on the 16th that it held the 1st Cantabile Orchestra regular concert at the Dongducheon City Citizens' Hall on the 15th.

The performance was conducted as part of the 'Dongducheon City Elementary, Middle, and High School Linked Orchestra Program' support project. In particular, as one of the major education support projects of the 8th civilian administration in 2024 focusing on education, local company Maniker Co., Ltd. sponsored uniforms to celebrate the first regular concert of the Dongducheon Girls' Middle School Cantabile Orchestra.

Attending the regular concert, Park Hyung-deok, mayor of Dongducheon City, said, "Despite the difficult times due to high inflation, I am grateful to Maniker Co., Ltd. for sponsoring uniforms for the students of Dongducheon City, which has been a great support." He added, "The city will also generously support students participating in the elementary, middle, and high school linked orchestra activities to create an educational environment where students can demonstrate better cultural and artistic skills. Furthermore, in 2025, we plan to hold a joint concert to strengthen the orchestra's capabilities."

Meanwhile, Maniker Co., Ltd. has been continuously engaged in sponsorship activities such as donating live chickens to marginalized and vulnerable groups in welfare blind spots, and through various social contribution activities including support for the Dongducheon Girls' Middle School Cantabile Orchestra, it has become a role model in the local community.
