In particular, with the recent relocation of the Korea Land and Housing Corporation (LH) Northern Gyeonggi Regional Headquarters to Yonghyeon Industrial Complex, this expansion of business categories is expected to create synergy effects through the clustering of construction businesses in the area and the linkage between manufacturing, IT (Information Technology), design, and engineering companies located in Yonghyeon Industrial Complex and the knowledge industry center.
