"Overcoming Crisis Situations Based on Strong Trust Between Labor and Management"
POSCO Future M has once again reached a wage agreement without negotiations this year.
On the 15th, the labor and management of POSCO Future M held a wage non-negotiation delegation ceremony at the headquarters in Pohang, Gyeongbuk, entrusting the company with the 2024 wage negotiations.

Attending the event, CEO Yoo Byung-ok, Manufacturing Union Chairman Ma Suk-woong, Maintenance Union Chairman Hwang Seong-hwan, Labor-Management Council Worker Representative Kim Young-hwa, and Maintenance Union Gwangyang Branch Chief Shin Yong-soo, the labor and management representatives agreed to continue the long-standing tradition of labor-management coexistence and to focus their capabilities on overcoming the chasm (temporary demand slowdown) for future growth.
Since 1997, POSCO Future M has maintained the longest record among manufacturing large companies with over 1,000 employees by reaching wage agreements without negotiations for 28 consecutive years.
CEO Yoo said, "Based on the strong trust that has been maintained since the company's founding, let us work together to place the company's future on a solid foundation of growth."
Representatives of the employee organizations stated, "We judged that this is a crisis situation that labor and management must overcome united as one," and added, "We hope that this spirit of labor-management coexistence will lead to the company's sustainable growth and the realization of a happy workplace."
