Miguk-Ajae is a YouTuber with 530,000 subscribers. In 2011, he won first place in a Korean speech contest held for U.S. military personnel stationed in Korea.

During the speech contest, he famously shouted, "Dokdo is Korean territory. Long live the Republic of Korea!" which gained media attention and made him well-known to the public. Additionally, Miguk-Ajae is recognized for his fluent Korean skills and for covering various topics that resonate with Koreans. He is currently working as a civilian employee for the U.S. military in Korea.

In particular, Miguk-Ajae is active as a YouTuber specializing in currency collecting and rare coins, gaining popularity among currency collectors worldwide. This was the reason KOMSCO appointed him as an honorary ambassador.

On the 17th of this month, Miguk-Ajae will release an unboxing video of the currency woodblock print "Inwang Jesaekdo," introducing a new aesthetic of currency. During his tenure as honorary ambassador, he will play a role in introducing KOMSCO’s artistic coins, currency woodblock prints, and current coin sets to currency collectors around the world.

Sung Chang-hoon, President of KOMSCO, said, "We expect that appointing Miguk-Ajae as an ambassador will further enhance KOMSCO’s brand value in the global market."

Woo Jin-gu, Head of KOMSCO’s Public Relations Office, said, "We will work to develop SNS promotional content with Miguk-Ajae and strive to increase KOMSCO’s promotional synergy through collaboration."
