Hyundai Transys announced on the 14th that it has received the highest grade for 10 consecutive years for the first time in the automotive parts industry in the '2023 Win-Win Growth Index Evaluation' announced by the Win-Win Growth Committee.
The Win-Win Growth Index evaluation is an indicator that quantifies the level of win-win growth of large corporations annually to promote cooperation between large and small and medium-sized enterprises, divided into five grades: highest, excellent, good, average, and insufficient. With this selection, Hyundai Transys continues to maintain its status as an honorary company with the highest grade. The honorary company with the highest grade must achieve the highest grade for three consecutive years to receive this status.
Hyundai Transys operates a partner-customized win-win growth program called 'PARTNer' to build a sustainable future mobility ecosystem.
The PARTNer win-win growth program is based on five major tasks: ▲Corporate Development Support (Progress) ▲Corporate Continuity Support (Assistance) ▲Capability Enhancement Support (Reinforcement) ▲Technology Support (Technology) ▲Communication Channel Establishment (Network), and carries out various activities such as management and financial support, capability enhancement, technology support, and communication activation.
In addition, Hyundai Transys operates the 'Integrated Support Project for Overseas Market Development' as part of the corporate development support program. This step-by-step program, which includes overseas online buyer consultations, support for participation in overseas exhibitions, operation of overseas market development teams, and support for product localization costs, is integrated to provide partners with opportunities to develop sales channels and expand sales.
Based on partner demand surveys, efforts are also made to strengthen capabilities. Using external professional educational institutions and internal and external experts, training courses and consulting are provided in areas such as technology, quality, accounting, law, and safety. By 2023, about 1,700 employees of partner companies have completed the training courses.
To strengthen communication with partners, the 'Partners Day' is held annually with partner company representatives to discuss win-win growth plans. At the '2024 Partners Day' held in March this year with representatives from 108 partner companies, Hyundai Transys shared its future strategies and key tasks and sought improvement measures for various current issues.
Yeosu-dong, President of Hyundai Transys, said, "Hyundai Transys is striving to communicate with various stakeholders and lead changes for a better future," adding, "We will continue to take the lead in building a sustainable future mobility ecosystem through win-win growth with our partners."
