Man spits on car windshield after packing
Management office: "There is nothing we can do"
Reporter: "Clearly intentional... I don't want to let it go"
After moving the items placed in the parking space and parking the car, a story emerged that the person who left the items spat on the car's windshield.
On the 12th, a video titled "Episode 23127. When there is a chair and an icebox in a parking spot, do you move them and park? Or do you look for another spot?" was uploaded on the YouTube channel 'Han Moon-cheol TV.' The informant, Mr. A, entered the parking lot of an apartment in Sejong City where he lives around 10 p.m. on the 3rd after work. Mr. A explained, "The parking shortage in the apartment is severe, and by 8 p.m., there are hardly any places to park."

While looking for a spot, Mr. A found an empty space, but there was an icebox placed there, so he could not park. He got out of the car, moved the items, and then parked. Mr. A said, "In this day and age, I thought no one would reserve a spot with their belongings, and I thought maybe they left it there temporarily, so I moved the items to one side and parked." The next morning, when he returned to his car, he found water splatter marks on the windshield. Mr. A checked the black box footage and saw a man, presumed to be the owner of the items, loading his belongings onto his car about 15 minutes after parking the day before. The vehicle seemed to leave immediately but then stopped, and the owner got out, approached Mr. A's car, and spat on the windshield.
Mr. A said, "I couldn't believe it at first, but when I saw it with my own eyes, my hands and feet trembled." He added, "When I went to the apartment management office, they said there was nothing they could do such as providing personal information or CCTV footage. They said they could give the information to the police if I filed a complaint." He continued, "I didn't want to cause trouble with my neighbors in the same apartment, so I wanted to request an apology and car wash expenses through the management office, but they said even that was not possible. The intentionality was so obvious that I don't want to just let it go."
Netizens who heard the story responded, "It's already hard enough to find a parking spot, and to spit on the car is really outrageous," "They must be reported so they can't do such things anymore," and "I hope their face is revealed and posted in the apartment elevator."
