Gyeonggi Province and the Gyeonggi Job Foundation announced on the 14th that they will hold the Gyeonggi Northern Region Women's Employment Fair "Iltteulnal" for unemployed women in the northern Gyeonggi area at 2 p.m. on the 16th at the Eunhye Hall Indoor Gymnasium of Shinhan University Uijeongbu Campus.

The Gyeonggi Northern Region Women's Employment Fair "Iltteulnal" is an event that has been held for 16 years, providing customized employment support services for career-interrupted and unemployed women residing in the northern Gyeonggi region.

A total of 50 companies will participate in the fair. In particular, recruitment for various positions preferred by job-seeking women, such as accounting clerks, social workers, and nursing assistants, will be conducted.

Thirty companies, including McDonald's, Hyundai S&S, which are government-certified top job companies, and those with global small giant company certifications, will conduct on-site job interviews. The remaining 20 companies will support resume submission and document screening procedures. Additionally, various side events for job-seeking women, such as color diagnosis consulting, VR interview experience, and employment tarot, will be provided.

At this fair, major women's employment and start-up support policies, such as the Gyeonggi Women's Employment Support Fund project, will be introduced. Furthermore, job experience opportunities will be offered for promising occupations such as professional organizers, calligraphers, natural dyeing experts, and pet aroma therapists, allowing participants to directly experience these fields.

Job seekers wishing to participate can pre-register through the "Jobaba Apply" website by the 15th to receive priority interview opportunities with companies. On-site participation on the day of the event is also possible without pre-registration.

For more details, inquiries can be made to the Northern Job Team of the Gyeonggi Job Foundation.

Nam Un-seon, head of the Northern Business Headquarters of the Gyeonggi Job Foundation, said, "The Iltteulnal event supporting the employment of women in the northern Gyeonggi region has helped many female job seekers find new jobs every year," adding, "We hope that this year, too, it will be an opportunity to alleviate the difficulties women face in finding employment in their daily lives."
