Trimaze Sets Consecutive New Highs

Trimage, a landmark in Seongsu-dong, is continuously setting new record prices.

Maeil Business Newspaper reported on the 13th, citing real estate big data platform Asil, that Trimage achieved three record-high prices within a month.

Trimage was completed in 2017 and consists of a total of 688 households. In July 2024, a unit on the 44th floor was traded for 3.92 billion KRW. It is located a 6-minute walk from Seoul Forest Station on the Suin-Bundang Line. The units range from small 11-pyeong to large 88-pyeong, with the smallest 11-pyeong unit having been traded for 1.085 billion KRW in July.

On the 23rd of last month, a 136㎡ (44th floor) unit in Trimage, Seongsu-dong 1-ga, Seongdong-gu, Seoul, was traded for 6.7 billion KRW, setting a new record price.

Earlier last month, Trimage broke its record price three times. An 84㎡ (36th floor) unit recorded a new high of 4 billion KRW on the 2nd, followed by a 140㎡ (23rd floor) unit traded for 4.9 billion KRW on the 6th. Notably, the price of the 84㎡ (36th floor) unit increased by 170 million KRW in just over a month.

This apartment complex is known for being home to or traded by many celebrities. BTS member J-Hope owns two units in Trimage. He purchased an 84㎡ unit for 1.3 billion KRW in 2016 and later acquired a 152㎡ unit for 3.7 billion KRW in 2018.

Earlier this year, actor Kim Ji-hoon attracted attention by revealing that the developer allowed him to purchase the unit by paying a 10% deposit of 150 million KRW at the time of sale. He bought an 84㎡ unit in Trimage in October 2015.

Super Junior members Choi Si-won, Leeteuk, Kim Hee-chul, Girls' Generation's Sunny, and announcer Oh Jung-yeon are also known to reside in Trimage.

Located in Seongsu-dong 1-ga, Trimage is famous for its Han River views. It offers hotel-level breakfast service and amenities such as laundry, housekeeping, and valet parking. Its proximity to Seoul Forest provides a pleasant living environment, with easy access to Gangbyeonbuk-ro and Olympic-daero.
