According to the reports, Oleh Kiper, governor of Odesa Oblast, stated in the early morning that Russia launched missile attacks on the Odesa district, resulting in 4 confirmed deaths so far. The number of injured is also reported to be as many as 10.


Russian missiles directly hit a two-story building where residents lived, killing three people including a 16-year-old girl. Additionally, one woman died from severe injuries.


Russia has recently intensified its offensive against Odesa Oblast. In particular, attacks on Odesa port and civilian vessels continue. In the missile attack on the 9th, a Panama-flagged civilian ship was struck, resulting in 8 deaths.


Meanwhile, Russian forces are strengthening their offensive in eastern Ukraine. The Russian military conducted 114 attacks in eastern Ukraine alone the previous day. Fierce battles also continued in Pokrovsk and Kurakhove, which are logistics hubs for the Ukrainian military. The Telegram channel DeepState, close to the Ukrainian military, reported that four small villages on the eastern front were occupied by Russian forces the previous evening.
