The Gwangju Employers Federation (Yang Jin-seok, Chairman of Howon Co., Ltd. and Happiness CC) announced on the 11th that it signed a business agreement with Chosun University (President Kim Chun-sung) to create a regional industrial innovation ecosystem, with over 140 attendees at the Dynasty Hall on the 3rd floor of the Holiday Inn Hotel, and successfully held the 1664th Friday Breakfast Forum.
Through this agreement, the two organizations plan to jointly promote activities for the growth of companies in Gwangju's key industries and the cultivation of resident-type talent. The main contents of the agreement include ▲ joint development and execution of industry-university-research-labor cooperation projects and win-win labor-management joint research ▲ joint planning and operation of government and local government public projects ▲ exchange of job recruitment and job-seeking information through an organic collaboration system ▲ support for field training and employment programs to foster resident-type talent.
Kim Chun-sung, President of Chosun University, said, “Through this agreement with the Gwangju Employers Federation, a representative management organization in Gwangju, we will inform students about local companies and support them in every way so that they can realize their dreams in the region.”
Yang Jin-seok, Chairman of the Gwangju Employers Federation, emphasized, “Through industry-university-research-labor cooperation projects, we will promote the innovative growth of regional industries and support Chosun University's outstanding talents with field training and employment programs, striving to help young people settle in the region.”
Meanwhile, at the Friday Breakfast Forum held that day, Basumukul, Director of the Universal Culture Institute, gave a lecture on the theme of ‘Understanding World Cultures for Business Success.’
