On the 11th, the Criminal Division 11 of the Seoul Northern District Court (Presiding Judge Lee Dong-sik) held the first trial for Kang Mo and Lee Mo, former and current secretaries-general of the Gunsan Disabled Sports Association, who were indicted for violating the Public Official Election Act and other charges.

Lee, who was the secretary-general of the Gunsan Disabled Sports Association at the time, admitted to the charges on this day. On the other hand, Kang, a former secretary-general and former chief of staff for Shin's campaign, stated, "A significant portion of the evidence records has not been copied," and said he would decide whether to admit the charges after reviewing them.

They are accused of opening about 100 mobile phones for use in primary election poll responses and distorting public opinion polls while assisting Shin's election campaign from December last year to March this year.
