Interest in the public sale of Incheon Gyeyang District A2 Block, the first official subscription area in the 3rd New Town, is increasing day by day.

The public sale of Incheon Gyeyang District A2 Block has been conducting pre-viewing of the housing exhibition center for pre-subscription winners until the 6th, and is currently open for viewing to general applicants until the 13th. Unlike the newlywed hope town, which restricts subscription eligibility to newlyweds, prospective newlyweds, and single-parent families and requires mandatory subscription to a profit-sharing mortgage, Incheon Gyeyang A2 Block, conducted as a general public sale, offers broad subscription eligibility and various unit sizes, attracting high interest from general non-homeowners, with the model house viewing proceeding successfully.

A2 Block will supply a total of 747 households (exclusive areas of 59㎡, 74㎡, 84㎡), including pre-subscription winners. In particular, it is divided into various special supply types such as multi-child families, first-time homebuyers, newlyweds, elderly parent support, newborns, and general supply. Overlapping subscriptions by couples are allowed within the same complex with the same announcement date, and there is no obligation for actual residence, which has drawn significant attention on real estate-related websites.

Incheon Gyeyang District, the first among the 3rd New Towns to start supply, is characterized by creating a pleasant daily environment centered around five linear parks called ‘Gyeyang Byeori.’ Gyeyang Byeori is designed to be easily accessible from all areas, providing a convenient pedestrian-centered living environment.

The exhibition center features a location map of Gyeyang District, a complex model, and two types of A2 Block units (59B, 74A) and one type of A3 Block unit (55A). Additionally, a shuttle bus operating between Gajeong Station and the housing exhibition center is available for visitors’ convenience.
