Recruiting Use Cases and Success Stories of Kakao Business Platform
Kakao announced that it will hold the growth story contest for business success, the '2024 Kakao Business Best Awards.'
A total of 30 teams will be selected, including 1 Grand Prize winner, 3 Excellence Award winners, and 26 Merit Award winners, with a total prize of advertising cash worth 250 million KRW. The Grand Prize winner will receive 50 million KRW in advertising cash and 1 million KRW in gift certificates, the Excellence Award winners will receive 20 million KRW in advertising cash and 500,000 KRW in gift certificates, and the Merit Award winners will receive 5 million KRW in advertising cash and 200,000 KRW in gift certificates.
This year, newly established Commerce category winners will also receive special benefits such as exposure on Kakao Shopping Today's Deal, support for Kakao Shopping Live production, and in-depth consulting for Talk Store.
In addition, winners will receive trophies and year-end gifts, and have the opportunity to participate as speakers in the educational program 'Kakao Business Seminar,' which provides essential information and know-how for business. Various benefits will be given, including publishing a casebook of the winning teams' success stories. Additionally, 200 people will be randomly selected from among the award applicants to receive Starbucks gifticons.
Businesses using Kakao Business tools such as KakaoTalk Channel and Kakao Moment can participate in the awards on the Kakao Business Seminar website until the 10th of next month. The winning teams will be announced on the 22nd of next month, and the awards ceremony will be held on December 12.
Jeon Hyun-soo, Kakao's Performance Leader, said, "This is part of Kakao's efforts to grow together with companies utilizing Kakao for their business," adding, "It will be a great opportunity for various companies to showcase the achievements they have gained through Kakao's business tools."
