537 Document Submission Winners Selected
Drawing Supervised by Police Officers and City Officials
Busan Metropolitan Corporation (BMC, President Kim Yonghak) announced the list of selected applicants for additional Happy Housing move-in document submission on the 8th.
To ensure a transparent and fair selection process for document submission, BMC conducted the process using its electronic application system, which applies the "pseudo-random number algorithm" adopted by many housing subscription agencies, under the supervision of police officers, Busan City housing officials, and staff from the Integrity Audit Office.
The draw was conducted for applicants excluding ineligible individuals such as those with duplicate applications, and selected document submission candidates for a total of 537 units: ▲143 units at Dongnae Happy Housing ▲222 units at Kumho Central Bay Happy Housing Ilgwang ▲6 units at The Park Igidae ▲69 units at City Hall Front Happy Housing Complex 2 ▲97 units at Kyungdong Forest Hill Happy Housing Ami.
BMC plans to announce the final successful applicants within the year after verifying the eligibility requirements such as homeownership and income/assets for the selected document submission candidates. The verification process may be delayed depending on the processing period of qualification searches by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport and the Ministry of Health and Welfare (Social Security Information System), and any delays will be separately announced on the corporation's website.
For more details, please refer to the announcement of selected applicants for document submission on the corporation's website or contact the Happy Housing supply reception desk.
