"Understanding Maintenance Projects is Difficult?"... Mapo-gu Holds 'Maintenance Project Academy'

Mapo-gu (Mayor Park Gang-su) held the 'Maintenance Project Academy' at 7 p.m. on the 10th in the main auditorium of Mapo-gu Office.

The 'Maintenance Project Academy' is an educational program prepared by Mapo-gu to support the swift progress and smooth implementation of maintenance projects such as redevelopment and reconstruction, and to help residents understand the step-by-step procedures.

In particular, Mapo-gu is currently carrying out maintenance projects in 40 locations, including redevelopment and reconstruction, and is promoting development projects to improve the environment of aging residential areas and revitalize urban functions, such as the Rapid Integrated Planning, Moa Town, and the construction of long-term lease housing near stations, attracting high interest from residents.

On this day, about 100 residents attended the Maintenance Project Academy, listening to experts' explanations and asking questions to resolve their concerns about maintenance projects.

Before the academy began, Park Gang-su, Mayor of Mapo-gu, said, "I hope the knowledge you gain from the Maintenance Project Academy prepared by Mapo-gu will be a great help in protecting your valuable assets and creating a better residential environment," and added, "Mapo-gu will actively support the smooth progress of maintenance projects."

The Maintenance Project Academy will be held seven times until November, and detailed information about how to apply and the lecture schedule can be found on the Mapo-gu Office website.
