Superintendent Kim stated in a post on social networking services (SNS) that day, "We will support our children through various educational and preventive activities so that they can escape the dangers of illegal cyber gambling and live healthy lives."

He added, "Illegal cyber gambling is a fraud crime that can never be won. The thought of 'It might be okay just once' is a very dangerous misconception," emphasizing, "Gambling can destroy not only students' academic performance but also their relationships with friends and family, and it is like a poison that ruins students' futures."

He further explained, "The Provincial Office of Education operates a 'Visiting Student Gambling Prevention Project Dedicated Institution' and conducts in-depth evaluations through school visits," and said, "We also provide individual and group counseling services, linkage and support services with specialized institutions, and advisory and educational support for schools, teachers, and parents."

Kim, who participated in this challenge upon the nomination of Mo Sang-myo, Chief of Jeonnam Police Agency, nominated the next participants as Kim Jeong-hee, Chairperson of the Education Committee of Jeonnam Provincial Council, Jeong Deok-won, Superintendent of Mokpo Education Support Office, and Jeong So-hyun, a third-year student at Moksang High School.
