Hanam Mayor Lee Hyun-jae Visits Bobath Hospital Scheduled to Open in December

Lee Hyun-jae, mayor of Hanam City, is visiting the construction site of Lotte Medical Foundation Hanam Bobath Hospital, scheduled to open in December, to encourage hospital officials.

Lee Hyun-jae, Mayor of Hanam City, visited the construction site of Lotte Medical Foundation's Hanam Bobath Hospital, scheduled to open in December, to encourage hospital officials and wish for a successful opening.

This visit was arranged to review the preparation process for the opening of Bobath Hospital, which is expected to elevate Hanam City's medical infrastructure to a new level, and to provide high-quality medical services to citizens starting from the end of this year.

Hanam Bobath Hospital is planned to open in December this year, operating with 241 beds (201 adult beds and 40 pediatric beds) and offering departments such as rehabilitation medicine, internal medicine, neurology, and a health screening center.

On the day, Mayor Lee visited the Bobath Hospital construction site, had a discussion with Kim Cheon-ju, Chairman of Lotte Medical Foundation, and other officials, and listened to a presentation introducing Bobath Hospital given by Yoon Yeon-jung, the hospital's CEO. He then toured the hospital, visiting the special rooms and garden on the 10th floor, the small library and sample room on the 5th floor, and the health promotion center on the 3rd floor.

CEO Yoon Yeon-jung stated, “Hanam Bobath Hospital will provide the highest level rehabilitation system in Korea, incorporating over 20 years of know-how in rehabilitation treatment to offer the best medical services to citizens. We will also conduct various health programs and medical campaigns based on close cooperation with the local community.”

Mayor Lee Hyun-jae emphasized, “Hanam City will actively support and cooperate administratively to ensure that Hanam Bobath Hospital establishes itself as an important medical institution responsible for the health of citizens and to achieve a successful opening.”
