Outdoor Performance Hall at Daegaya Munhwanoori on the 19th
Goryeong County in North Gyeongsang Province will host the '2024 Goryeong Rock (ROCK, Rak) Festa' at the Daegaya Munhwa Nuri outdoor performance venue at 7 p.m. on the 19th.
This event has been planned to establish itself as one of Korea's leading music festivals. It aims to provide an open space where local residents and tourists alike can enjoy music and fill their daily lives with joy.
The Rock Festa, now in its second year, will be held as a free event for all seats. FT Island, known for numerous hit songs such as 'Love Sick' and 'Severely,' and Daybreak, beloved for tracks like 'Good' and 'Held and Released,' are scheduled to perform.
County Governor Lee Namcheol said, "This will serve as a platform to foster a young and dynamic cultural tourism city brand," and added, "I hope everyone enjoys happiness and joy in their everyday lives at the Goryeong Rock Festa."
At 1 p.m. on the same day, the finals of the '1st Daegaya Royal Tomb National Song Festival' will also be held to commemorate the inscription of the Goryeong Jisandong Tumuli as a UNESCO World Heritage site and the designation of Daegaya as an ancient capital.
