October 7 to November 29, 60 General High Schools in the Province
The Gyeongnam Office of Education is conducting on-site college admission collaboration activities for first and second-year high school students.
The provincial Office of Education announced on the 4th that from the 7th to November 29th, it will hold on-site college admission collaboration activities at 60 general high schools in the province, targeting first and second-year high school students in 2024.
This initiative, which is divided into the 2024 College Admission Collaboration Seminar and the 2024 College Admission Collaboration Teacher Consulting, will target 2,530 students and 322 teachers.
The College Admission Collaboration Seminar will include lectures for first and second-year students, a talk concert where teachers and students from each school participate as panelists, and a Q&A session.
In the College Admission Collaboration Teacher Consulting, the trends of early admission applications for the 2024 academic year will be analyzed to help teachers understand the 2026 college admissions process and its characteristics. Customized case studies for each school, discussions, and Q&A sessions will also be provided.
Lee Ilman, Director of Career Education, said, “This college admission collaboration activity has been prepared to help first and second-year high school students and teachers design their college admission plans and enhance their collaboration capabilities,” adding, “Going forward, the Gyeongnam College Admission Information Center and the Western College Admission Information Center will continue to provide various college admission programs and direct support services for schools.”
