Recently announced for October, HDC Hyundai Development Company's 'Cheonan I-Park City' is attracting significant attention from prospective buyers. As the first phase of a single-brand town with over 6,000 households, combined with excellent transportation networks and a pleasant location, strong residential demand is expected. The complex consists of 11 buildings ranging from basement level 2 to ground level 33, with a total of 1,126 units sized between 84 and 150㎡.


The value of single-brand towns is highly regarded in the industry. According to the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport's real transaction price disclosure system, the 84㎡ unit of 'Cheongju Gagyeong I-Park' was traded at 615 million KRW in September. Considering that the same size unit was traded at 530 million KRW in June, this reflects a price difference of over 85 million KRW in just three months.


'Cheongju Gagyeong I-Park' is a single-brand town with phases 1 through 5 already occupied and phase 6 about to be occupied. According to the Korea Real Estate Agency's subscription home, the average competition rate for the first priority in the 'Gagyeong I-Park Phase 6' held in December last year was 98.61 to 1, successfully closing all types.

The location of 'Cheonan I-Park City' also captivates prospective buyers. It boasts a pleasant environment adjacent to Seongseong Lake Park. Residents can enjoy light walks near their homes and easily visit Notaesan and Notaegunrin Parks.


The transportation network of the complex is excellent. It is located near Dujeong Station on Seoul Metropolitan Subway Line 1 and Busung Station (scheduled to open in 2029), providing convenient access to the subway. Additionally, routes such as Samsung-daero, Beonyeong-ro, and Cheonan-daero facilitate easy travel to the metropolitan area and surrounding regions. Access to the Gyeongbu Expressway is also possible via Cheonan IC. Moreover, Cheonan Express Bus Terminal and Cheonan General Bus Terminal are available, enabling travel to other regions by public transportation.


'Cheonan I-Park City' offers abundant infrastructure advantages. Residents can access E-Mart (Cheonan Seobuk Branch), Hanaro Mart (Seongseong Branch), Lotte Mart (Seongseong Branch), Costco (Cheonan Branch), and Shinsegae Department Store (Cheonan Asan Branch). Additionally, the lakeside park commercial area is accessible, and Bounce Super Park (an experiential kids park) is located nearby. Furthermore, a kindergarten and elementary school are planned to be newly established right in front of the complex, allowing residents' children to enjoy a prime school location.


The complex provides easy commuting to various industrial complexes such as Samsung SDI (Cheonan Plant), Cheonan General Industrial Complex, Asan Smart Valley General Industrial Complex, Baekseok Agricultural and Industrial Complex, Cheonan Distribution Complex, and Cheonan Majung Machinery General Industrial Complex. According to the Korea Industrial Complex Corporation, the number of workers in industrial complexes within Cheonan city totaled 52,284 as of the first quarter of 2024.


The model house for 'Cheonan I-Park City' will be established in Jangjae-ri, Baebang-eup, Asan-si, Chungnam Province, and the promotional center will be located in Dujeong-dong, Seobuk-gu, Cheonan-si, Chungnam Province.
