Naturesway Files Patent for Eco-Friendly Packaging Cushioning Material 'Cleanfoam'

Naturesway Co., Ltd. (CEO Tae-sang Yoo) announced that it has filed a patent application for ‘Clean Form,’ a biodegradable packaging cushioning material made from plant-based raw materials.

Naturesway is a manufacturing company with a development line for plastic trays and component trays that enhance product protection and transportation efficiency across various industries such as food, beauty, and medical devices.

CEO Tae-sang Yoo stated that recognizing the need for change in the manufacturing industry due to environmental issues related to plastic waste and threats to ecosystems, the company proceeded with developing a manufacturing method for biodegradable resin and launched ‘Clean Form’ in 2020.

Biodegradable resin is an eco-friendly material that can replace plastic, and ‘Clean Form,’ developed by Naturesway, is a certified product with a completed patent application for its manufacturing method.

Clean Form not only serves as cushioning for products but also reduces packaging waste that is unnecessarily discarded due to its biodegradable properties, making it an ideal cushioning product that can replace conventional plastic packaging materials. In particular, Naturesway’s cushioning packaging material ‘Clean Form’ is recognized for its value in the global market. It is already widely accessible to the public as it has been chosen by major environmentally conscious brands, including eco-friendly handmade cosmetic brands.
