Musicow US is in the final stages of signing contracts with prominent partners who have secured global recognition. Through this partnership, they plan to actively collaborate to discover and produce high-quality IP (intellectual property).

Lee Woo-seok, CEO of Musicow US, is a music director who graduated from Berklee College of Music and was the key figure in successfully debuting the Wonder Girls on the US stage. He is recognized for his global producing capabilities through collaborations with world-renowned artists such as Stevie Wonder, Akon, and Brian McKnight.

Additionally, while working at Samsung Electronics' wireless division, he shared extensive know-how on content acquisition and partnerships based on a global network. During the launch of the Galaxy Note 5, he contributed significantly to enhancing the brand image with an innovative idea to promote the Galaxy Note Pencil through the music video for "Focus" by global pop star Ariana Grande, an artist under Republic Records (Chairman Monte Lipman), in collaboration with Samsung Electronics' Global Marketing Center (GMC), receiving high praise.

After serving as CEO of JYP USA, Lee, who also engaged in IP content production with strategic leadership, will oversee Musicow US's business based on his broad and rich experience in the cultural IP market and will lead the US expansion as a cornerstone for leading the global "cultural finance" market.

Preparing to enter the world's largest music IP market, Musicow US has begun final preparations for service launch in the US. They have secured over ten local experts, including IP specialists and securities issuance professionals, completed artist and song recruitment for initial product issuance, and are negotiating with local major artists and labels to acquire additional IP. Musicow US is focusing on building the service environment and preparing the securities registration statement, aiming for a beta service launch within the year.

Lee Woo-seok, CEO of Musicow US, said, "As Musicow's business model, which pioneers a new paradigm of realizing cultural value beyond mere economic investment, receives much interest and positive response in the US, I will strive to contribute to achieving unprecedented financial export success based on the experience and network we have secured so far."
