Jeong Mo, a resigned resident doctor who distributed a list of returning resident doctors under the title "Thankful Doctors," has been sent to the prosecution in custody.

According to an announcement made on the 1st by the Cyber Investigation Unit of the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency, former resident doctor Jeong Mo was sent to the prosecution in custody on the 27th of last month on charges of unauthorized distribution of doctors' personal information.

In July, Jeong created a so-called "blacklist" that included personal information of doctors who did not participate in the medical sector strike. The list contained sarcastic expressions targeting doctors who remained in or returned to the medical field, along with their real names, contact information, educational background, and workplace details. This list was posted multiple times on Telegram and the medical staff community Medistaff, leading to charges of violating the Stalking Punishment Act.

On the 12th of last month, the police applied for an arrest warrant, citing Jeong's continuous online distribution of personal information against the will of the victim doctors. The court issued the warrant considering the possibility of evidence destruction.
