On the 1st, Mr. A, the BJ involved in the incident, posted on his personal broadcasting community, explaining, "Starting from February, when the informant moved in, I did not create content (with another BJ), but from September, after asking for understanding and receiving consent, we agreed to move in and started the content once a week." Mr. A claimed, "I broadcasted a total of four times, and it was not every day," adding, "I informed the broadcast dates in advance, asked for understanding, apologized, and received consent."

He added, "Before September, there was no joint broadcast (multiple BJs broadcasting together), and I used to take walks with the downstairs neighbor and coordinate the broadcast times amicably." He also said, "I saw the video and they said the sound was recorded in the hallway, but it was recorded in front of our apartment door," and apologized, saying, "It was my first time using fireworks this time, so I didn't realize the sound was that loud," and mentioned that he reordered fireworks that do not make noise.

Mr. A expressed, "What made me upset was receiving messages during my personal time, not just during broadcasts, asking 'Do you have a child or a dog at home?' which was difficult because it invaded my personal time," and added, "I was even asked to walk on tiptoes because sounds were heard when I went to the bathroom during my personal time." He claimed, "I have lived in this house for nearly 10 years without any issues with neighbors," and stated, "The downstairs resident moved in about a year ago, but they omitted the fact that we had been getting along well until now and reported the issue."

He continued, "I was very sensitive because the police came even outside of broadcast hours," and appealed, "There was a report of child abuse during the daytime, claiming I hit a baby at home even though I do not have a baby, so the police searched my home; they also searched because of barking dogs even though I do not have a dog." Mr. A further stated, "I have not been inactive; I have done floor renovations, installed double doors, and soundproofed areas outside the broadcast space." However, he also said that since these measures seem ineffective, he plans to move on the 24th.

He apologized again, saying, "I am sorry for causing trouble once more."

Earlier, on the 30th, JTBC's 'Incident Manager' aired the story of informant Mr. B, who moved into an apartment in January and has been suffering from noise complaints from the upstairs unit ever since. Mr. B claimed that from the first night of moving in, he heard noise from upstairs but tried to overlook it, thinking it was children shouting and running around. One day, Mr. B was startled by screams from upstairs and called the police. The responding officers told him, "There are no children upstairs; two women are doing internet broadcasts."

After Mr. B requested the women upstairs to "be considerate late at night," they replied, "We will try," but the noise continued, Mr. B claimed. When Mr. B contacted them via messenger asking, "Why do I have to keep suffering?" they responded, "It is uncomfortable to receive aggressive messages," he added. Mr. B appealed on 'Incident Manager,' saying, "(The BJ) broadcasts alone for 4 to 5 hours and does joint broadcasts for 7 to 8 hours. It is very difficult."
