Gwangjin-gu, 2025 Academic Year College Entrance Mock Interview Special Lecture

October 14-15 Event, First 100 Examinees (Repeat Test Takers) Accepted
Theory and Practice Combined...Realistic Mock Interview Opportunity Provided
Former Admissions Officers Invited for Individual Coaching...Participation Fee Fully Free

Gwangjin-gu (Mayor Kim Kyung-ho) is operating a mock interview program for students preparing for the 2025 college entrance interview process.

This special lecture covers both theory and practice simultaneously. It is well-structured into three stages: basic education necessary for the interview process, group practice, and individual feedback. In particular, it provides practice opportunities close to real situations to help improve students' skills.

First, the basics and characteristics of college entrance interviews will be introduced.

Then, group mock interviews and consulting sessions will be conducted to provide practical assistance. Students will prepare expected questions tailored to their desired universities and majors, and practice answering based on their school records and self-introduction letters to enhance their real interview sense.

The instructors are five experts, including former admissions officers. Drawing on years of experience, they will teach how to handle variables that may arise during interviews. They will also analyze each individual's strengths and weaknesses in answer content, posture, and facial expressions, providing detailed guidance on areas to improve.

The special lecture will be held twice on October 14 and 15. Education will be provided from 6:30 PM for three hours at the Gwangjin-gu Career Experience Center (2 Gucheonmyeon-ro). Participation is free, and the program plans to recruit the first 100 applicants on a first-come, first-served basis.

Any high school senior (including repeaters) residing or studying in Gwangjin-gu can apply. Those wishing to participate should apply online through the Gwangjin-gu Office website by October 9. For more details, inquiries can be made through the Education Support Division.

Kim Kyung-ho, Mayor of Gwangjin-gu, said, “We prepared this mock interview special lecture to boost the confidence of students facing college entrance interviews. We will wholeheartedly support them so they can focus on their studies without losing their dreams until they are admitted to their desired universities.”
