The JAGGERS Humphreys store covers 165㎡ (approximately 50 pyeong, seating for 70) and offers 14 types of burgers including beef burgers and chicken burgers, as well as side menus such as French fries, mac and cheese, salads, shakes, and 22 types of beverages. Signature menu items include the Crazy Good Cheeseburger and the Spicy Crispy Chicken Sandwich. Hyundai Green Food will also bring JAGGERS' unique menu items to Korea, such as the Black Bean Veggie Burger made with black beans and quinoa for vegetarians, and the Tender Pack, which allows ordering up to 100 pieces of chicken tenders at once.

Founded in 2014, JAGGERS is a handmade burger brand created by Kent Taylor, the founder of Texas Roadhouse, the number one steakhouse brand in the United States. It operates 11 stores mainly in southern and mid-eastern states such as Indiana, Kentucky, and North Carolina. Known for generous portions with two beef patties in every beef burger, fresh ingredients, and made-to-order preparation, it is very popular locally.

A Hyundai Green Food official said, "We dispatched cooking staff to the US headquarters for two months of specialized training and imported all ingredients directly from the US to faithfully replicate the local taste," adding, "We will continue to introduce distinctive global dining brands to domestic consumers."
