Kyungdong Navien, 11 Consecutive Years as No.1 in Boiler Category of 'Korean Industry Customer Satisfaction'

Kyungdong Navien announced on the 30th that it was selected as the No. 1 in the boiler category of the ‘2024 Korea Customer Satisfaction Index (KCSI)’ for the 12th time overall and 11th consecutive year. The ‘Korea Customer Satisfaction Index,’ hosted by the Korea Management Association Consulting (KMAC), evaluates consumer satisfaction with companies and their intention to repurchase products.

Based on this feature, Kyungdong Navien obtained AI+ certification from the Korea Standards Association (KSA).
