The Second Sky Road Festa of the Hapjeong Station Sky Road Commercial Area This Year Fully Showcasing Its Unique Features

Mapo-gu, Seoul (Mayor Park Gang-su) will hold the "2nd Haneulgil Festa" on October 5th at the Mapo Saebit Cultural Forest Lawn Plaza and Haneulgil commercial district.
This event, a representative cultural and arts festival of the Hapjeong commercial district, is themed "The Road Where Wishes Come True," allowing visitors to enjoy the unique culture, arts, and food of Haneulgil all in one place.
Haneulgil, characterized by its blue road and calm atmosphere, will be enhanced with beautiful lighting during the festival to elevate the festive mood.
The festival will begin with tango performances by the "Tune Around Jazz Band" and "Tain Na Jasin," followed by an opening ceremony hosted by Jo Young-gu starting at 5 PM.
During the opening ceremony, a video showcasing the changes in the Haneulgil commercial district over the past year will be screened, reflecting on the development of the area. Notably, the background music for this video, "Wish Road Prayer," was specially written by Park Gang-su, Mayor of Mapo-gu, adding special meaning.
The subsequent celebratory stage will feature performances by talented singers such as John Park, Hong Isaak, Maya, Bobby Kim, and Kwak Jin-eon, intensifying the warmth of the deepening autumn festival.
In addition to performances, a variety of food, sights, and activities will be abundantly available from 2 PM to 8 PM.
A "Unique Seller Experience Space" will be operated where visitors can taste and purchase non-alcoholic cocktails and coffee drip bags created through the Haneulgil collaboration.
Also, different concept LP music spaces will be available to experience Haneulgil through music, along with a food area where visitors can taste representative dishes of Haneulgil, providing a delightful experience for both the palate and ears.
Furthermore, a picnic set featuring representative foods from the Haneulgil commercial district will be prepared for easy enjoyment. The "Haneulgil Commercial District Picnic Set," developed in collaboration with five stores?Delicatessen, Burnt Orange, The Drop By, Gelatoni, and Fold Bakery?can be reserved in advance via each store's Naver page. On the day of the event, visitors can rent mats at the Mapo Saebit Cultural Forest information center to enjoy the performances comfortably.
Additionally, wishes collected from citizens during the Wish Ball event held over the past year will be exhibited, and an event supporting these wishes will also take place.
The Wish Ball Rolling event, conducted in a curling style, along with one-day classes such as bookbinding, reading aloud, and craft workshops, will be available, allowing visitors to experience the Haneulgil commercial district in various ways.
