On the 29th (local time), at the Royal Montreal Golf Club (par 70, 7,413 yards) in Montreal, Canada, the United States secured 6 wins, 3 draws, and 3 losses in the 12 singles match play games on the final day of the Presidents Cup, an intercontinental golf competition between the United States and the International team excluding Europe. Adding 7.5 points, the United States confirmed their victory with a score of 18.5-11.5. The U.S. has achieved 10 consecutive wins since the 2005 tournament. A win earns 1 point, a draw 0.5 points, and a loss 0 points.

Over the three days, the U.S. led the International team 11-7 in the fourball (each player plays their own ball and the better score on each hole counts for the team) and foursomes matches. In the singles matches that day, Zander Schauffele took the early lead by defeating Jason Day (Australia) by 4 holes in the first match. In the second match, Sam Burns recorded a draw after a fierce battle with Kim Joo-hyung. World No. 1 Scottie Scheffler lost by 1 hole to Hideki Matsuyama (Japan) in the third match, but Patrick Cantlay defeated Taylor Pendrith (Canada) in the fifth match, and Keegan Bradley added another win against Kim Si-woo in the sixth match, securing the overall victory early.
