Recruitment Event Inviting Over 30 Domestic Master's and Doctoral Graduates

LG Energy Solution has begun securing outstanding domestic talent with master's and doctoral degrees to lead the future battery industry.

On the 27th, LG Energy Solution held the 'BTC (Battery Tech Conference) in Seoul' at LG Science Park in Seoul, sharing the company's future growth vision with top master's and doctoral talents from major domestic universities, the company announced on the 29th.

The BTC (Battery Tech Conference) is an annual talent recruitment event held domestically and internationally, aiming to share LG Energy Solution's growth vision and secure R&D talent to lead innovation in the future battery industry.

Following his attendance at the global BTC event held in New York, USA, last May, President Kim Dong-myung also personally attended this event, expressing a strong commitment to securing talent to lead the battery industry.

On this day, President Kim Dong-myung emphasized LG Energy Solution's overwhelming technological leadership and growth potential, stating, "LG Energy Solution is the leading company in the battery industry, a top company where you can achieve goal-oriented objectives and realize your dreams," and urged, "Let's create a new page in history together." He added, "We will actively support you to maximize your potential."

In addition to the CEO, top executives from various fields, including CTO (Chief Technology Officer) Kim Je-young, CHO (Chief Human Resources Officer) Kim Ki-soo, CDO (Chief Digital Officer) Lee Jin-gyu, as well as Jung Geun-chang, Head of the Future Technology Center, and Noh Se-won, Head of the Small Battery Development Center, gathered to make every effort to secure talent.

Attendees grew their interest in the company by listening to vivid company life reviews and growth stories from senior employees who joined LG Energy Solution.
