GS Construction announced on the 27th that it will officially launch sales of 'Prestige Xi' in Gwacheon-si, Gyeonggi-do next month.
This complex, which is a reconstruction of Gwacheon Jugong Complex 4 in Byeolyang-dong, Gwacheon, consists of 11 buildings with up to 35 floors above ground and a total of 1,445 households. Among them, 287 units are available for general sale.
Applications for subscription will begin with special supply on July 7, followed by first priority on the 8th and second priority on the 10th. Anyone aged 19 or older who has been a member of a subscription savings account for more than 12 months and meets the deposit requirements by region and area, residing in Gwacheon-si or the metropolitan area, can apply for first priority subscription regardless of household head status or home ownership. Gwacheon is a non-regulated area, so there are no obligations for actual residence or restrictions on re-winning.
The winners will be announced on the 16th of next month. The official contract signing for winners will take place from the 28th to the 30th of the same month. The down payment is 10% of the sale price, and 60% of the 70% intermediate payment can be financed with loans, with interest deferred payment applied. Move-in is scheduled for October 2027.
Prestige Xi is located about a 3-minute walk from Government Gwacheon Office Station on Subway Line 4. It is close to Munwon Elementary School, Gwacheon Munwon Middle School, and Gwacheon High School. E-Mart Gwacheon Branch, Gwacheon Citizens' Hall, Government Gwacheon Complex, and Gwacheon City Hall are all within walking distance. The surrounding area includes Central Park and Cheongsapap Small Park in front of the government office, providing a pleasant residential environment.
Prestige Xi features a unique exterior design. The complex is mainly oriented southward, with specialized exterior features, and a large-scale lawn plaza exceeding the size of a soccer field will be prepared in the center of the complex. On the top floor of the 35-story buildings, a sky bridge connecting the buildings will house resident convenience facilities with views of Gwanaksan and Cheonggyesan Mountains.
For general sale units, a rare 4-bay cross-ventilation layout has been designed even for the exclusive area of 49㎡, which is uncommon in reconstruction complexes. Community facilities include a fitness club, golf practice range, GX room, sauna, children's library, single-person study room, and swimming pool.
A GS Construction sales official said, "Gwacheon is adjacent to Seocho-gu, Seoul, with good access to Gangnam, and has a pleasant residential environment with a green area ratio of over 80%. Prestige Xi, located in the heart of Gwacheon's original downtown, will become a landmark of Gwacheon in the future."
