Launched in April, Zeta is the first platform in Korea that allows real-time story creation together with AI. When users input the name, image, and characteristics of the character they want to create into the prompt (command), Scatter Lab's generative AI technology reflects this information in the story and dialogue.

Scatter Lab chose Kakao Cloud's GPU as a Service (GPUaaS), which can be variably adjusted according to GPU usage based on user traffic and demand, and offers fast response speed, stability, and cost-effectiveness.

Zeta operates based on GPU instances, which apply technology that accelerates computing performance, part of Kakao Cloud's Beyond Compute Service (BCS) cloud computing service. Kakao Cloud's GPU instances are suitable for use cases such as training AI models at high speed on large-scale datasets or running high-performance graphic applications and games.

Scatter Lab plans to expand the use of large language models (LLM) and prepare new features that require GPU-intensive tasks such as image generation. Considering the introduction of new features, the budget-saving effect through Kakao Cloud has accelerated the deployment cycle, enabling business expansion.

Lee Jaehan, Chief Business Officer (CBO) of Kakao Enterprise, said, "We will strive to solve the GPU shortage and high-cost issues faced by domestic companies through Kakao Cloud's AI-specialized cloud."
