This meeting was organized for the Exchange to directly visit regional companies' disclosure officers and others to address questions about the corporate value-up program and encourage active participation.

It is scheduled to be held 11 times across six regions nationwide (Seoul, Gyeonggi, Chungcheong, Gyeongbuk, Gyeongnam, Jeolla). The participants are companies preparing or interested in value-up disclosures, as identified through a prior survey.

During the meeting, explanations will be provided on the main contents of the value-up program, participation status of listed companies, the Korea Value-Up Index, and the development status of Exchange-Traded Fund (ETF) products. Additionally, the current status and difficulties of each company's value-up disclosure efforts will be heard to support listed companies in easily accessing the value-up program.

An Exchange official stated, "We expect that through this meeting, regional companies that have had difficulty attending briefings due to geographical limitations will have an opportunity to actively participate in the value-up program."
