This business agreement was planned by Dongkuk CM, which has grown for over 70 years based in Busan, to contribute to the development of the local industry and job creation. In particular, this agreement specializes the 'Junior Employee' system, unique to Dongkuk Steel Group, as an excellent talent recruitment system within the region.

The Junior Employee system guarantees 100% acceptance immediately upon selection. It targets students enrolled in the first semester of their senior year in university. The 'Junior Program' supports work adaptation with one day per week attendance and a monthly academic allowance of 500,000 KRW.

Dongkuk CM conducts recruitment for Junior Employees only with the partner universities. The five universities recommend outstanding students who meet the basic requirements requested by Dongkuk CM, and Dongkuk CM provides interview opportunities to all recommended candidates from the partner universities.

A representative from Dongkuk CM's HR team said, "We expect to achieve a synergy effect in recruiting excellent talent through collaboration with major local universities."
