TScientific will carry out various joint projects and artificial intelligence (AI) training data generation and machine learning projects to strengthen personal information protection for Bithumb Korea (Bithumb).
TScientific and Bithumb announced on the 24th that they have signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) for information security cooperation and advancement of personal information protection.
The signing ceremony was attended by Yoo Seungjae, CEO of TScientific, and Kim Youngjin, Vice President of Bithumb's General Management Support.
Through this MOU, Bithumb plans to utilize TScientific's security capabilities across all areas of personal information protection and maintain a long-term cooperative relationship while conducting various joint projects.
First, to strengthen personal information protection, they plan to advance the infrastructure of the personal information search system within the service and automate the monitoring system for personal information access records. To this end, the security teams and developers of both companies will form a cooperative body for regular exchanges and
technical cooperation, aiming to expand the scope to various projects for future service operation and user protection in the field of information security.
Additionally, through a security control service partnership, TScientific will play the role of a comprehensive partner for nurturing specialized control personnel optimized for Bithumb's service operation and user protection, as well as for stable service operation.
TScientific will also carry out AI training data generation and machine learning projects for Bithumb based on its proprietary AI patented technology.
In particular, through this MOU, the combination of the expertise, experience, and technological capabilities of both companies is expected to promote the overall advancement of Bithumb's personal information protection sector. Bithumb plans to do its best to strengthen information security and protect users through continuous investment in the future.
CEO Yoo Seungjae said, “Through this agreement, we expect to continuously expand the scope of cooperation between the two companies and achieve successful advancement of personal information protection technology,” adding, “As the need for personal information protection through AI technology convergence is gradually emphasized and expanded recently, we hope to actively utilize TScientific’s proprietary technology to contribute to the expansion of Bithumb’s information security.”
