Private School Teachers' Pension, Successful Completion of 2024 'Integrity and Ethics Week'

The Private School Teachers' Pension Service (hereinafter referred to as PSTPS) announced on the 24th that it successfully concluded the "Integrity and Ethics Week" held from the 2nd to the 13th of this month.

PSTPS has been establishing an integrity cluster with institutions in Gwangju and Jeonnam and hosting the annual Bitgaram Integrity Culture Festival. This year, aiming to actively promote the commitment to ethical management beyond integrity, it planned and operated the "Integrity and Ethics Week" for the first time.

During the Integrity Culture Festival week, with the introduction of the 2024 Integrity and Ethics Vision and Philosophy, the institution sent an ethics letter from the head of the organization to internal and external stakeholders. Various campaign programs were conducted, including an integrity quiz event, a writing contest to internalize ethical management, publication of webtoons, and production and distribution of ethical management practice posters and goods.

In particular, the "Integrity Concert" held on the 11th featured a talk show panel with Chairman Song Hajung, Standing Auditor Ryu Chun-yeol, and Pension Business Headquarters Director Kim Hoon-jung, attended by about 150 employees. They engaged in sincere conversations among executives and staff on the topics of power abuse and corruption, receiving high praise for the unique education using cultural content such as plays and performances.

Chairman Song Hajung said, "Through the operation of this Integrity and Ethics Week, it became an opportunity to create a sound social atmosphere together with employees, residents, and teaching staff as internal and external stakeholders. We will continue to strive to become an institution where executives and senior officials lead by example in transparency and fairness."

Meanwhile, the results of the "Integrity Quiz Event," which involved about 1,200 participants including teaching staff, can be checked on the official PSTPS website and Instagram. Event prizes were individually sent to the mobile phone numbers provided by the participants.
