On the morning of the 24th, after the floor countermeasure meeting held at the National Assembly, Kang told reporters, "The audit will begin with the 3·6·5 audit principle," adding, "There was a meeting yesterday (the 23rd) to review the audit situation and prepare responses." The three key audit principles refer to 'thorough audit,' 'audit at the public's level,' and 'audit for people's livelihood.' The six major suspicions include "First Lady Kim Geon-hee's state manipulation, economic and livelihood crises, government incompetence and mismanagement, power agency overreach, personnel failures, and the decline of national sovereignty and dignity." The five major countermeasures are ▲expansion of support for livelihood recovery protection and fostering of self-employed and small businesses, and coexistence between large and small-medium enterprises drastic reduction of opaque and wasteful budgets measures to prevent recurrence of social disasters responses to crises such as future food sources due to climate, population, and regional extinction.

When asked if there are plans to establish a situation room within the floor related to the audit, Kang replied, "Yes," and said, "The floor structure will be reorganized more urgently into a comprehensive situation team, an on-site response team, and a media response team for the audit." She added, "The comprehensive situation team includes Park Sung-jun, the floor chief deputy representative, and Lee Jung-moon, the senior deputy chairperson, among the floor leadership." She continued, "The on-site response team will be handled by the Policy Committee and the secretaries of the National Assembly standing committees," and "The media promotion team is composed of the floor spokesperson group."

The six bills to be re-voted are the 'Broadcasting Four Acts (Amendments to the Korea Communications Commission Act, Broadcasting Act, Korea Broadcasting Promotion Foundation Act, and Korea Educational Broadcasting System Act),' the 'Universal 250,000 Won Support Act (Special Measures Act on Payment of Livelihood Recovery Support Fund),' and the 'Yellow Envelope Act (Amendments to Articles 2 and 3 of the Labor Union Act).'
