Pusan National University and Korea Rural Economic Institute Sign Agreement to Expand Research Exchange on Agriculture and Rural Policies

Support for Specialized Research, Enhancing Capabilities and Status as a Global Think Tank

Pusan National University (President Choi Jaewon) signed a memorandum of understanding with the Korea Rural Economic Institute (President Han Dubong) on the 23rd at the university headquarters to expand exchanges in agricultural and rural policy and research.

Through this agreement, the two institutions will: ▲ share information and human networks related to the agricultural and rural sectors ▲ discover projects in comprehensive research fields such as rural economy, social development, food industry, and food tech ▲ exchange expertise and human and material resources to share experience and know-how. Through these efforts, they aim to propose agricultural and rural policy solutions for both academia and industry.

By pursuing policy exchanges and research on rural economy and social development, Pusan National University and the Korea Rural Economic Institute plan to support research in their respective areas of expertise and mutually cooperate to enhance their capabilities and status as global think tanks.
