According to a recent survey by Real Estate R114, the proportion of aging houses in Gimhae City that are over 15 years old has reached 61.5%.


This is due to a significant shortage of newly built housing supply in Gimhae City. Last year, the number of housing construction project approvals in Gimhae City was only 4, a sharp decrease compared to 13 approvals the previous year.
