Umi Construction announced on the 23rd that it will open the model house for ‘Wonju Station Umi Lin The Sky,’ being developed in the Namwonju Station area of Wonju, Gangwon Province, on the 27th and begin sales.
Starting with special supply on the 30th, applications for the first priority will be accepted on the 2nd of next month, and the second priority on the 4th. Winners will be announced on the 11th of the same month, and official contracts will be conducted over three days from the 22nd to the 24th.
Wonju Station Umi Lin The Sky will be built on AC-4 block in the Namwonju Station area, consisting of five buildings with 42 floors above ground, totaling 900 households. All units have an exclusive area of 84㎡, with the number of households by housing type as follows: ▲84㎡A 548 households ▲84㎡B 200 households ▲84㎡C 152 households.
The complex offers excellent living conditions. It is within walking distance to KTX Wonju Station, providing excellent access to Seoul and the metropolitan area. Commercial and office facilities are planned in front of the complex, which is expected to enhance residential convenience. Elementary and middle school sites are also planned within walking distance, ensuring excellent educational conditions.
