Gyeonggi Housing and Urban Corporation (GH) will supply 29 units of Gyeonggi Happy Housing in Icheon.
Gyeonggi Happy Housing is public rental housing provided at 60-80% of the surrounding market price to ensure housing stability for vulnerable groups such as youth, university students, newlyweds, the elderly, and housing benefit recipients.
The units supplied this time have an exclusive area of 44㎡, consisting of 12 units for youth, 6 units for the elderly, and 11 units for newlyweds and single-parent families, totaling 29 units.
These houses are part of public-supported private rental housing (implemented by Daehan Land Trust) donated to Gyeonggi Province, and the units supplied by GH are located in Building 101, lines 4 and 5.
Applications will be accepted from October 14 to 17 and can be submitted through the GH Housing Application Center (https://apply.gh.or.kr).
