Lotte Mart is holding a discount event targeting cleaning products, whose demand increases immediately after the holiday season.

On the 20th, Lotte Mart announced that from the 19th to the 30th of this month (Monday), it will hold a 'Living Flex' event at all stores, offering discounts on major cleaning products. The event includes a total of about 350 items, providing up to half-price discounts and one-plus-one (1+1) offers on kitchen detergents, laundry detergents, deodorizers, and more.

According to Lotte Mart, demand for cleaning products rises immediately after the holidays. This is because house cleaning is necessary to remove kitchen grime from holiday cooking and dust accumulated inside the home. Sales of cleaning products in the two weeks following this year’s Lunar New Year holiday (February 13 to February 26) and the two weeks after last year’s Chuseok holiday (October 4 to October 17) increased by 15% and 5%, respectively, compared to the same periods last year. In particular, sales of residential cleaning detergents and kitchen detergents increased by 40% and 30%, respectively, after this year’s Lunar New Year.

During the event, customers purchasing two or more products from the 'LG Homestar' and 'Bref' brands will receive a 50% discount per item. 'Homestar Sterilizing Cleaning Tissue (60 sheets)' and 'Homestar Sink Drain Cleaner (230ml)' are sold for 9,800 won each, and the 'Homestar Max Fresh 4 types' are priced at 7,900 won each. Bathroom cleaning products, including 14 types of 'Bref,' are also half-priced when purchasing two or more, and 'Bref Power Active 3 types (50g×2 packs)' are offered at 7,900 won each.

Popular laundry detergent brands are also discounted. 'Super Tech Refill 2 types (2.6L)' are sold at 5,950 won each with a 50% discount when purchasing two or more, while 'Tech Liquid Mite 2 types (3L)' and 'Tech Double Soda Indoor Dry 2 types (4L)' are offered as 1+1 deals at 17,800 won. 'Downy Liquid Detergent Bottles 2 types (Fresh, Lavender)' are discounted by 10,000 won when purchasing two or more, priced at 12,900 won each. 'Aura Premium Fabric Softener 4 types' are sold at 9,900 won per product.

Kitchen detergents are also offered at reasonable prices. 'Mugyunmuttae Kitchen and Mold Special Set (900ml×2 packs)' is priced at 7,900 won, and 'Yuhan Clorox Cleaning Sterilizing Tissue 3 types' are sold at 6,990 won each. Kitchen detergents such as 'Jayeonpong 16 types,' 'Chamgreen 2 types,' and 'Mugunghwa 2 types' are half-priced when purchasing two or more.

Additionally, 'Scot Fabric Deodorizer Unscented (380ml)' and three other Scot deodorizer types are sold at 3,750 won each with a 50% discount when purchasing two or more, and 'Febreze 22 types' are offered at a 30% discount per item when buying two.

Furthermore, during this event, customers who pay 20,000 won or more using event cards (Lotte, Shinhan, Nonghyup) on major brand event products such as Homestar, Yuhan Clorox, Bref, and Pigeon will receive a 5,000 won Lotte gift certificate.
