After meeting the kids today, I felt so good that I decided to treat myself to lobster and snow crab as a reward for doing a good deed." He continued, "Because of the rain, the delivery motorcycle was hard to find, so I waited for an hour and a half, but then I was told I had to wait another hour, so I canceled the order."

He added, "A few tens of minutes later, I received a call apologizing for making me wait so long, and they just sent the food anyway. So I called the owner and told them it was me. They said I do a lot of good deeds and even paid for the delivery fee." He said, "In such difficult times, how could they do this? I was so thankful and sorry. I felt like they would never accept money, so I plan to visit the store with a gift." He continued, "So many people always take care of me wherever I go, which makes me want to take better care of my neighbors and live well. I usually follow the principle of 'I pay for what I buy' and don’t like freebies, but this situation felt quite embarrassing." He concluded, "From now on, lobster and snow crab will only be ordered here. I will live better, cultivate my character, and become a good person. I will earn a lot of money and share even more."

After the story became known, the restaurant owner, Mr. A, posted on the self-employed community 'Because It Hurts, I’m a Boss' on the 17th. He explained, "Last week, something amazing and thankful happened, so I wrote a few words. A delivery order for snow crab and lobster came through the app, but even after an hour since cooking and packaging were done, no delivery driver was assigned." He continued, "I contacted the customer, explained the situation, and they canceled the order." He added, "Since the order was expensive, feeling sorry, I asked, 'The food was cooked a while ago, but it’s still okay to eat. Shall I send it via our store delivery?' and called a delivery service to send it."

He said he later received a phone call, "The customer thanked me for the care and said, 'This is singer Kim Jang-hoon.' At first, I thought it was a prank call, but after hearing the voice, I was surprised to realize it was really Kim Jang-hoon." He said, "He asked if he could post it on SNS, and I said yes. The next day, he even came to the store with a gift of cosmetics. I was very surprised and grateful." Mr. A added, "After this became known, I worked all through the Chuseok holiday. From Friday to Tuesday, I made 15 million won in sales over five days." He expressed surprise, "It’s a recession, and many people leave Gangnam during the holidays, so I didn’t expect much, but many customers came to pick up takeout." He concluded, "This is such an amazing story that I wanted to share it. Thank you."

Netizens who read the story responded with comments such as "The positive influence is really heartwarming," "I want to emulate the mindset of repaying good with good," and "Both people are admirable."
