A Woman in Her 60s Seriously Injured After Camper Van Falls into Canal in Yonginseo

In Yongin-si, Gyeonggi Province, a camping car fell into a roadside canal, resulting in serious injuries to a woman in her 60s.

According to the Gyeonggi-do Fire and Disaster Headquarters on the 17th, at around 10:17 a.m. the previous day, a camping car driven by a woman in her 60s, identified as A, fell into a canal on a road near a camping car company in Cheoin-gu, Yongin-si.

As a result of the accident, A was seriously injured and was airlifted by a doctor helicopter and is currently receiving treatment.

A is an employee of the camping car company and was moving the camping car for cleaning purposes when the accident occurred.

The police are investigating the exact cause of the accident.
