Lotte Fine Chemical Obtains Anti-Corruption and Compliance Management System Certifications Simultaneously

Expansion of Sustainable Management Foundation

Lotte Fine Chemical announced on the 13th that it has obtained integrated certification for the International Standard Anti-Bribery Management System (ISO 37001) and Compliance Management System (ISO 37301) from the Korea Management Registrar (KMR).

This certification was achieved with the purpose of establishing a culture and system where employees voluntarily comply with laws and ethics, and to strengthen customer trust in advanced markets where high value-added specialty businesses are expanding through international certification.

ISO 37001 is an international standard that specifies the requirements for establishing and operating a management system to prevent bribery within an organization. Through this certification, Lotte Fine Chemical has demonstrated that it systematically manages risks related to bribery and practices transparent and ethical management.

ISO 37301 is an international standard for Compliance Management Systems, certifying that an organization has the necessary framework to comply with legal obligations and ethical standards. Through this certification, Lotte Fine Chemical has thoroughly adhered to legal regulations and internal rules, further strengthening the foundation for sustainable management.
