- Geomropu and Wangropu also offer three meals a day service... Joining the ranks of the region's top luxury apartments
- Enjoy buffet-style three meals 365 days a year while viewing a 20,000-pyeong garden through the terrace

Recently, 'meal services' have become a key criterion distinguishing luxury apartments. Beyond simply being able to dine within the complex, it is analyzed that these services have established themselves as a core element that upgrades quality of life by allowing residents to enjoy a level of service unavailable in other complexes.

For example, Trimage in Seongsu-dong, a premier luxury apartment representing Seoul, offers breakfast services that have sparked envy among residents of other complexes. Not stopping there, it has fully established itself as a flagship luxury apartment enjoying a lavish lifestyle through services such as cleaning, laundry, and concierge.

This breakfast service trend originating from Trimage quickly spread to the Gangnam area. In fact, high-end apartments known as '100 million KRW per pyeong' such as Gaepo Xi Presidents, The H Xi Gaepo, and Raemian One Bailey all provide breakfast services.

In the metropolitan area, attention has recently focused on a landmark representing Incheon: DK Asia’s 'Wanggil Station Royal Park City Prugio,' which offers all three meals.

The complex offers a luxurious lifestyle comparable to the finest apartments in Gangnam. DK Asia has already established itself as the provider of the most widely used and highly satisfactory service in Korea by offering three meals?breakfast, lunch, and dinner?at the Royal Park City near Geomam Station (Pulmuone), the first in Incheon to provide hotel-style meal services found in some of Seoul’s affluent neighborhoods such as Gangnam and Yongsan.

In particular, Shinsegae Food, which provides the three meals at Wanggil Station Royal Park City, is a company that has been part of Korea’s food service history with the core values of supporting customers’ health and lifestyle by delivering the highest quality and best taste.

Recently, the importance of spaces where meals can be cooked or eaten has grown beyond simply providing one meal, drawing attention as a specialized community service.

Previously mentioned Geomam Station Royal Park City, the first in Incheon to offer three meals, also provides these meals in the Trinity Lounge, a separate community facility with special interior design, receiving favorable reviews from residents. The ceiling, reaching 10 meters high, is equipped with specialized lighting fixtures, and the spacious hall, large enough for banquets, features luxurious dining tables wide enough for families of 4 to 6, resort-style chairs, and edgy interior accessories. Outdoors, tables with parasols and a sculptural wall fountain that flows with refreshing water sounds along the wall are perfectly installed.

The community space providing three meals at Wanggil Station Royal Park City Prugio is also specially designed. As the first premium pilot complex of the Resort Special City, it is the largest and most luxurious among the three-meal service spaces introduced domestically, themed as a new adventure voyage in everyday life.

The three-meal service space, located on the second floor above ground, will feature a large terrace luxuriously designed to allow dining while overlooking the 20,000-pyeong garden within Royal Park City. To realize a true resort lifestyle in daily life, meals will be served buffet-style with menus changing daily, just like at a resort. Additionally, residents of Royal Park City brand apartments (Royal Honors Club) can freely use the three-meal services provided by Geomro Food (Pulmuone) and Wangro Food (Shinsegae Food). Since there has been no precedent of residents freely alternating use of community facilities even within the same brand apartments, this is the first implementation in the construction and real estate industry.

Kim Jeong-mo, Chairman of DK Asia, said, "Starting with Korea’s first resort city, the Royal Park City brand apartments with the Resort Special City concept have consecutively provided three-meal services that are only available in luxury apartments in Seoul.” He added, “This will be an opportunity to greatly enhance residents’ pride in living in top-tier residential facilities and their overall life satisfaction.”

Most importantly, he stated, “Through cooperation with Pulmuone and Shinsegae Food, which currently provide three-meal services, we will do our best to offer the best service to residents. In the future, we plan to create exclusive private membership cards for Royal Park City residents, enabling them to freely use community facilities at a six-star hotel level, including an indoor golf course, a screening theater, a guest house, a sky lounge, and luxury yacht tours.”
