Convergent thinking platform Creverse (CEO Donghoon Lee) has announced that it will continue its shareholder return policy through high dividends.
On the 13th, Creverse revealed plans for a year-end dividend of 1,000 KRW per common share. With this, Creverse's total dividend for this year, including the interim dividend, is expected to reach 1,500 KRW, resulting in a dividend yield of approximately 10% based on the recent stock price.
In particular, since Creverse has been implementing tax-exempt dividends starting from the 2022 year-end dividend, the actual shareholder return rate increases further. Considering that the 15.4% dividend income tax as well as comprehensive income tax are exempted, the effective dividend yield experienced by shareholders is expected to rise even more.
Kim Jinbin, Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Creverse, stated, “Since listing on KOSDAQ, the company has strengthened its shareholder return policy through various measures, including paying dividends every year. Within this year, we will also focus on improving corporate value by restructuring existing businesses and launching the in-house program ‘THE OPEN’ to secure new customer segments.”
