According to industry sources and investigative authorities on the 12th, Samsung Electronics filed complaints with the police twice last month and this month against three members of Jeonsamno: the chairman, vice chairman, and secretary-general. Samsung Electronics claims that these three individuals committed a total of four criminal offenses (special trespassing on buildings, obstruction of business, special refusal to vacate) by entering the Hwaseong plant on July 17, the Onyang plant on the 25th, and the Cheonan plant on the 26th, thereby disrupting operations.

Prior to Samsung Electronics' complaint, Jeonsamno had clashed with management after launching the company's first-ever general strike on July 8 due to a breakdown in wage negotiations. The Hwaseong Dongtan Police Station in Gyeonggi, which is investigating the case, has completed the investigation of the complainant and has requested the attendance of the accused Jeonsamno executive committee members.
